Zorba Aluminium Scrap Recycling Lines from JONO
JONO is the leader of China's aluminium recycling equipment. Since 2008, it has developed and upgraded many technologies for aluminium recycling, such as aluminium scrap preheating technology, high-frequency eddy current separation technology, robot stacking technology, aluminium scrap shredding technology and universal tilting rotary furnace.
At the same time, JONO has strong EPC capacity. In 2008, we undertook the construction of China's first which is also the world's largest and most complete automatic separation plant for recycled aluminium.
Since 2008, JONO completed the first three heavy media flotation separation lines for waste aluminium in China, and another automatic separation plant for waste aluminium with a capacity of 300000 tons/year.
After more than ten years of construction experience, and more than ten flotation lines from designing, manufacture to operation, JONO is now one of the best heavy media flotation separation equipment manufacturers in the world.

1. Pretreatment(optional): crushing, preliminary separation, iron removal
2. First & Second Flotation Separation: flotation separation, iron removal, media removal

WORKING PRINCIPLE
Based on the physical rule of different densities lie in different materials.
When heavy media(ferrosilicon) is put into the water, the liquid owns a fixed density, under such circumstance, light material like magnesium and plastic float on the surface, heavy material like aluminum,copper,zine sink in the bottom.
By continuing to input the liquid, light materials could be flushed out. The heavy material in separated scrapers in the bottom, which will be lifted to certain height by rotating the drum. At some point, with force of gravity, they will fall into another sluts on the top in the drum, where liquid will be input and send heavier materials out.
